GROUNDHOG PHOTO BY ALBERT CARDWELL

One day when I was photographing wild ducks near Stoneville, NC, I saw this groundhog watching me from about ten feet away. I slowly moved my camera towards it. The groundhog stayed there to let me take 10 -15 photos before he decided to move on. I guess the clicking of the camera interupted its sleep.

BIRD & RABBIT FRIENDS BY ALBERT CARDWELL

This was our pet rabbit. A bird house was near by and the bird from it would fly down to the rabbit's cage and drop down between the wire of the cage to eat the rabbit's food. The rabbit would try to cover up the bird if someone came close by as it was protecting the bird. This was made near Stoneville, NC.
