Deer Standing On Back Legs by Albert Cardwell

I had sat out in a field for a couple of hours before I saw this whitetail deer. I knew the chances of seeing a deer that late was rare. So I used most of my film photographing horses, sunrises or anything that moved. The moment that I ran out of film this deer got spooked and took off running in front of me. I just whistled at the deer and it stopped and turned around. I quickly reloaded film and took this image as it was standing up on it's back legs. It posed for about 3 seconds and then it took off. Luckily I got the shot. The deer had white spots all over it. Posted by Hello>www.CollectiblePhotography.com
