This snake was photographed in the same nest as the photo of the birds feeding below. It was photographed near Stoneville, NC. The birds below had left the nest and another set of birds had started nesting. This snake was found about 2:00 am. The next morning after the snake left, there were 14 birds lined up on the power line. One at a time flew in to look at the nest and then they left.
